Clutter Support Group

We wish it was as easy as buying the latest organizing book or hiring a Professional Organizer to help you wade through your clutter. However, since cluttering behavior has psychological roots, long lasting change can only be achieved by doing the inside work as well as the outside.

Perhaps you are currently doing some "inside" work with a therapist. The It's About Time Clutter Support Group may be the perfect next step on your clutter-less journey, or perhaps you've worked with a professional organizer and would like to see what you can accomplish on your own.

The It's About Time Clutter Group is a peer-based, self-help group for those who may be chronically disorganized. You might be CD if you answer YES to any of these questions:

  •  Is disorganization a long standing problem in your life?
  •  Does disorganization undermine your quality of life on a daily basis?
  •  Have you tried to get organized on your own but not been successful?

If you are ready to release yourself from the burden of clutter and want to take action to improve your life, join us in our next session. We'll meet weekly for one and a half hours for six weeks. Space is limited, SIGN UP NOW!

How do I sign up?

The group, which meets in Central Contra Costa, is facilitated by It's About Time Founder, Mary Lynne Murray. Prepayment of the $99.00 fee is required to reserve your space. Upon receipt of registration and payment, you will be provided the specific location.
